Chumash - parashat - VaYetze
We are studying Unit # 3 – Chapter 28 verses 16-22.

The Dream That Turned Into a Reality
In Fourth Grade, "dreams" can come true... and this is exactly what happened in their Chumash class,
when they studied about Yaakov's dream.  After they've studied the pesukim, vocabulary, verbs,
roots, and more, they went on an archeology trip and discovered a new place in Israel
that according to tradition,  is where Yaakov Avinu went to sleep and had his famous
dream about the ladder and the angels.  The students were very excited to see the
pictures which Moreh Dror brought with him from Israel and even also had the z'chut
to "sleep" on a piece of rock that had been brought from that special place...  Who knows?
Maybe this was the exact rock from Yaakov Avinu story.
