4th - Weekly Planner

Dear Parents,    Good news!
My son is getting married in Israel. I’ll be away for the week

before winter break and the week after winter break (Dec 16- Jan 10, 2014).
rabbi Hauser will be subbing. If you have any

questions or concerns please contact Mrs. Sapp.

 

Chumash - parashat - VaYetze

We are studying Unit # 8 – Chapter 30. You will find the workbook of Unit # 6 in the purple folder .  Please take time to review the material With your child and sign it.

 

Holidays – We are studying about Tu B'Shevat.

Monday: 12/16-  Parashat Hashavua  quiz.

In class we learned about the main ideas of the Parash .

The students received a page with questions They will be

tested only on  some of the questions.

Wednesday:  12/18 - vocabulary test  - No. 10

Almost every week there will be new words to the test,

but  the students will be also will  tested  the old words that they received the previous week.

The words can be found in the folder and the blog.

Wednesday:  12/18 - Reading Page #10 is due -  

Please make sure to return the blue folder with the

completed homework assignment. 

 

Friday: 12/13 - Judaic folder (the purple folder)

The students will bring home their Parashat Hashavua sheets.
I encourage all parents to discuss these sheets with their
children on Shabbat and return them to school on Mondays
with your signature to show me that you worked

Almost every week there will be new vocabulary words to learn for Thursday's test.

Students will also be expected to review words from previous weeks.  T

Friday: 12/13 - Judaic folder goes Home (the blue folder) In it you will find:

1.Tests and work that students completed.       2.Weekly Parsha page.

3. Vocabulary page for next week.   4. Other information.
